Moore Of You

Annually we highlight and celebrate Black History in February.

The history of Black people is vitally important because it creates an appreciation for the contributions made by Black people before us and the energy and encouragement to persevere today.  This is vitally important as we continue to experience countless injustices against Black people, as recent as the murder of Tyre Nichols in Memphis, TN.  We must ensure we don’t forget them and the lives lost and continue fighting for what is right.

Whether you are Black or not, be inspired by Black History.

In February, Moore of You will highlight Black engineers who may not have made the major news headlines but contributed to the advancement of the culture in their way.

Consider highlighting or celebrating Black people in your local community that has contributed, big or small. It can be a small gesture like a card or phone call…something to let them know they are appreciated for their work.

Black History Month 2023: Be encouraged. Be purposeful.
