Moore Of You

As summer vastly approaches, we are reminded of graduation season.
Do you remember the excitement of your graduation; whether from high school, college or that post-graduate degree?
There was a mixture of anxiousness and excitement of closing one major chapter to embark on the next one.
How did you do on that next chapter? How many of us are doing what we went to school for or have completely shifted industries?
It’s amazing how we think at the point of graduation what our lives will be versus what they become.
It’s in those moments we have to be honest with ourselves, seek out wise counsel and take the first step. We have to be confident with possibly changing the plan, but more importantly being committed to succeeding.
I’ve had the privilege of making a career out of my degrees both Industrial Engineering and MBA. It required lateral moves along with flexibility in location and roles.
I’m excited to share some of this journey with my clients and with you through Moore of You, LLC.
Has your career changed over the years?
What advice have you gained that you would give your recent graduate self?
I’ll go first. Be okay not knowing all the details and seek mentors and coaches to help along the way.
