Have you ever had a full circle moment? Where you reflect or see something or someone as a result of actions you took in the past. It was a topic of conversation last week with family, and it aligns with one of the reasons I started Moore of You, LLC. The ability to give back, plant a seed that one day will open the door, or clear the path for someone else.
I was able to share financial advice I received over ten years ago with someone, so they can avoid mistakes I made. I also reminded another friend how her advice for raising her son stuck with me and helped me with my son when he got to that same age. There are countless encounters of sharing my technical knowledge with team members.
It is something about the ability to gain wisdom, use it, and later share it with someone else. To see the reason why you gain knowledge is not only for yourself but for others.
