Driven by Operational Excellence, Tiffany Chin Moore has a record of achievement in bottom-line impact. Leading with tenacity, her over 20 year career in Operations across Fortune 500 multi-national firms has provided a platform for demonstrated success. Tiffany is a wife and mother in addition to being a dynamic and inspirational leader with vast experience.

Tiffany built the foundation of her career in Industrial Engineering and has since led several global teams while steering large change management initiatives. She leverages her experience to provide practical teaching and advice that helps you combine your personal and professional experiences to bring “Moore of You” to the workplace. Moore of You provides solutions to meet current and aspiring professionals in Corporate America.

From elementary, Tiffany has always been recognized for being good in math and science, so it was no surprise she majored in Engineering. What came as a surprise was the drastic difference in the demographics of her predominantly White university compared to the more diverse neighborhood of her childhood. Not only did Tiffany learn to navigate the new culture, but it was even more intense with being a double minority in the College of Engineering. Post college, Tiffany has continued to experience this same workplace composition, being the only or one of few Black females in her organization. This view is one of the major driving forces behind Moore Of You. Tiffany challenges the statistics and strives to provide solutions to change this narrative. 

Tiffany is a graduate of North Carolina State University with a BS in Industrial Engineering and a MBA from Marquette University.
