Moore Of You

I watched the NCAA Women’s Basketball Tournament final four and championship game this weekend. It was exciting to see the teams compete, the excitement in the stadium, and the coaches’ and teams’ expressions and enthusiasm.

Louisiana State University (LSU) won the championship. The coach, Kim Mulkey, is known for creating successful teams. The team had nine new players this year!

The team has women from different backgrounds, talents, and skills coming together from multiple schools to create this championship team.

They are an example of diverse talents and backgrounds forging a bond around a common goal, and with a great leader, they made history as the first team to win the Women’s NCAA championship for their school.

I can only imagine the pep talks and techniques Coach Kim used to build this team throughout the season and to encourage them not to be intimidated by their opponents.

Are you a great member of your team?

How are you contributing your gifts and talents to see your team succeed?

As a leader, how are you fostering the various backgrounds of your team to achieve more?

Are you a great leader making a great team?
